Shield Or, three olive twigs Vert fruited Sable in pale and set one and two, issuant from base an one-arched bridge Sable masoned Argent over a heraldic fountain. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "OLMOS".
Meaning:
"Olmos" is a slightly archaic synonym for "ulmeiros", which means "elms"; the arms are not canting, paying tribute to a completely different tree.
