Description of the Flag

The Welsh rainbow flag appeared as the LGBT symbol in the early 2010s. It is derived from the Welsh national flag by replacing the white-green field with the rainbow stripes, red at the top. The dragon is generally in the same shade of red as the top stripe, although there may be some small difference sometimes. The shape and size of the dragon may vary, having generally been different from those on the national flag in early years, but increasingly being made the same with the time passing. The shades of rainbow colors also seem to vary somewhat.
