The flag is green with five wavy horizontal lies, in yellow, light blue,
black with yellow fimbration, red and white. In the canton are nine small white
five-pointed stars and one large white five-pointed star. All the stars are
arranged in a circle.

I've seen this colorful flag that was displayed by the Sapwuahfik delegation
to the Pohnpei Cultural Day in April. What
troubled me is that the reverse
side was plain green:
https://www.facebook.com/photo. I really hope that they have officially
adopted this flag and they just didn't have enough time to "construct" a "real"
flag for the occasion!

The municipal government flag of Sapwuahfik is a green field, with centered on it the seal of
the Sapwuahfik Municipal Government.
