Description of the flag

A horizontal tricolor, red-white-green, a blue square two-thirds of the height of the flag, with a ring of seven white stars, and over all a narrow black bar down the hoist edge.

Flag seen by FIAV President Mr. Michel Lupant who visited the island in August 2009 after ICV23.
