According to this article on vexilologia.org (website of the Sociedad española de Vexilología):

On 3rd of June, 2022:
The Government Council has approved the adoption, by the municipality of Arenzana de Abajo, of its municipal shield and flag. The shield reflects an iron bridge with pilasters on blue and silver waves, a vineyard and a gold transept in the second half. The flag, for its part, is rectangular in color blue with a dark red diagonal band outlined in yellow that crosses it from the top of the pole to the bottom of the flap.
