Introduction of Landesruderverband Sachsen-Anhalt

The white pennant is parted by a thin black horizontal line, shifted to hoist superimposed by the logo. The logo is a light blue rectangle with curvy edges at hoist and fly. On logo is a black inscription "RUDERVERBAND"(top) and "SACHSEN-ANHALT"(bottom). Shifted to bottom re three white wavelets. Issuant from hoist are two blades of yellow and black, the colours of Saxony-Anhalt.
