Shield parted by a bend wavy Azure including two bendlets wavy Azure, on dexter base a sinister facing raven statant Sable, on sinister chief an eradicated oak Vert.
Meaning:
The bend wavy is a representation of the name giving meadows (German: Aue) on the western bank of the Neiße River. Oak and raven perhaps are referring to the local wildlife, i.e. flora and fauna.
