Shield parted per pall reversed, above right Gules, a caduceus Or in bend superimposing a cogwheel of the same, above left Vert three grain ears Or in fan, beneath Argent a barrulet wavy Azure under a sea aster (Latin: Aster tripolium) with three petals Azure seeded Or and two leaves Vert.
Meaning:
The quarter in base is taken from the arms of former Sülldorf municipality. It is also symbolising nature and the name giving Sülze River. Caduceus and cogwheel are representing trade and industries, the grain ears agriculture.
