The municipality of Sucre is in Cauca Department. It was
founded in 1918
The flag of Sucre is horizontally divided white-blue -green. Note
that while in the photo
at the municipal web site, the flag seems to have equal stripes,
then on the coat of arms it looks like it has 1:1:2 inner ratio.

Blue represents water with its strong and abundant rivers;
White represents peace that emerges among the villagers."
