Burgee: Broad Pennant circa 8:12 :11 to crutch (image). Red field (broad pennant) fimbriated blue, superimposed by a (horizontal) white T-shaped area (head to hoist) superimposed by blue (vertical) capital letters L P and blue (horizontal) letters Y C.
