Description of the flag

A red triangular pennant ~5:7 with a "diamond" filled with a variation of the Calvert arms: on Sable Or bendy of two and a chief counterchanged. This diamond (a square tilted to 45°) shows this simplified heraldic design with vertical and 45°-slanted lines (from lower hoist to upper fly), the chief taking up 1/3rd of the square.
