Description of the flag

The flag is a dark green field. At the top hoist side of the flag is the township seal. Next to the seal is the township name. Under the name is the township motto "Serving Year Round". Under the seal is the establishment year of 1800. At the very bottom of the flag is the county name, only it's in a light green color instead of white.

Seal

The seal is made of a white disk with a black ring. Inside the ring is a cross section with the four seasons of the year, represented by their respective symbols and names. Along with the four seasons is the township motto, which references all of them into a single year. Outside the emblem is the township name.
