The flag is light blue over green with a very large pentagonal white “arrowhead” overall, pointing to the hoist, edged in counterchanged colors along its slanted sides and bearing a light blue logo (a stylized bird) and green letters.

A new seal has been adopted however, but per pictures from 2022 on Facebook, the flag with the previous seal is still the one in use.
