"United States Social Security Administration (SSA) is an independent agency
of the U.S. federal government that administers Social Security, a social
insurance program consisting of retirement, disability, and survivors' benefits.
The Social Security Act created a Social Security Board (SSB), to oversee the
administration of the new program. It was created as part of President Franklin
D. Roosevelt's "New Deal" with the signing of the Social Security Act of 1935 on
August 14, 1935."

I found a picture regarding the flag of the United States Social Security Administration. Information, at a page no longer accessible on the www.ssa.gov site.

The Social Security Administration confirmed that they have a flag and that it is the SSA logo all in white, on a blue background. I could not get a more precise description other than it is not the dark POTUS blue.
