This is a new flag that I had not seen before finding it in the photos below. The flag has the Comptrollers seal on a deep blue (navy blue?) flag with the elements in gold with and blue (with white outlines) on a golden background with white outside ring.

(I think I can clearly see 2 letter "R"s here which would make this the Comptroller of the Currency's flag, not just a generic Treasury Dept. flag.

The flag has changed, with different colors on the
seal, and the addition of "Established
1863" in white at the bottom.

The flag of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency appears to differ
from the Comptroller's flag.

I think there is a difference between "Office of the Comptroller" rather
than "the Comptroller" and that is shown on the flags.
