Introduction

Founded in 1993, Major League Soccer (MLS) is a professional soccer (FIFA) league that comprises twenty-seven teams, with three of them being located in Canada (as of this date). The league is sanctioned by the US Soccer Federation and is one of the few "top flight" soccer leagues that has a fixed set of teams and does not have a system of promotion or relegation in place.

The league itself does not use a flag, from any evidence I have found online or in my travels to Kansas City.
