In November 2020 a flag for the village of Kewaskum was posted to the Facebook page of Flag Center of Wauwatosa, WI:

According to this article (only partially accessible), the 125th anniversary logo was designed for a contest by Jennifer Sterr. The anniversary logo was later adopted into the new village logo.
