The logo shows an arched sign with golden border, red circle, and a blue arched rectangle. In the rectangle is the city name, sandwiched by the Texas state flag on top and the state initials on the bottom.

The former flag of Fate can be seen at
https://wildstorm.wordpress.com/2010/03/01/fate-texas/. This flag used the
formerly used city seal. It was probably adopted after 2007 when there were no
flagpoles dedicated to the city flag and certainly fell out of use by 2013, when
the logo started being used on city flags. It should be noted that this flag was
never flown at its city hall; rather, it was flown on the flagpoles of city
parks.
