On the Rhode Island Liberator, there is an image of the flag of Scituate, which uses a blue scroll and the municipal coat of arms.

The drawing has a few inaccuracies, if we trust the videos. In the 2018 video, a different typeface/font is used. Also, the plow should have some white lines.
