The flag is a purple field with two thin orange bars at the top and bottom of the flag. In the center of the flag is a artistic depiction of the Concord Lumber and Coal Company building. The building is known for it's interesting slogan "Asleep at the switch? Not by a dam site!". The mill sits by a reservoir on the North Branch Kalamazoo River. surrounding the lake is vegetation and a Sandhill Crane standing among the reeds outside the circle. Above the ring is "Concord" with it's establishment year under the ring.
