The seal is made of a blue ring, containing the county name and motto (Rich
in History, Tradition & Opportunity) separated by two stars. In the center is a
sky blue disk which contains the county outline. On the county outline are three
stars representing the three municipalities: Danville, Junction City, and
Perryville. Overlaying the county outline is a blue and white silhouette of the
County Courthouse. To ether side of the courthouse and outline are green trees
and dark striped-like shadows which may represent clouds. At the top of the
courthouse is the establishment year separated by the courthouse spire.
