Description of the flag

The City Administration has informed me that the city has no flag.

It seems that Caldwell now has a flag. It can be seen at https://www.caldwellkansas.com/product-page/caldwell-flag.
It is divided light blue over white with a six-pointed spur and stirrup, both divided horizontally dark blue over red.

The spur has rounded points and comes in contact with the stirrup.
