Description of the flag

According to www.dep.state.fl.us/greenlodging/about.htm, the program was launched in 2004 and it encourages all lodging facilities in Florida to conserve natural resources and help "go green."

As for the flag itself, a photo of it can be seen at www.dep.state.fl.us/greenlodging/images/gl-flag.jpg and it is your standard logo on a bedsheet. The details of the flag are published at www.dep.state.fl.us/greenlodging/toolkit.htm:

According to that above site, the colors used on the logo are Green-PMS 355C and Orange-PMS 1505C.
