Description of the flag

The flag of the City of Palmdale, California, is blue with city seal on it and golden fringe on three sides, as can be seen on the image that I receive from John Mlynar, Communications Manager of the City of Palmdale.

About the city:
"Palmdale is a city located in the northeast reaches of Los Angeles County, California, United States. The first community within the Antelope Valley to incorporate as a city (on August 24, 1962), Palmdale is separated from Los Angeles by the San Gabriel Mountain range. As of the 2000 US census, the city population was 116,670, and as of January 1, 2009, the California state department of finance estimates Palmdale proper has a total population of 151,346." - from Wikipedia: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palmdale,_California.

This photo from 2010 suggests that the seal is closer to the fly rather than at the center of the flag.

This photo from 2022 shows a flag that has a different seal with reversed colors. I don't know if the seal is towards the fly, but I drew it that way.
