The flag features the Arkansas State Police badge centered on a dark blue
field. The badge itself is a dark blue six-pointed star, outlined in white, with
a version of the Arkansas state seal in red and white in the middle, and the
words "ARKANSAS" above and "STATE POLICE" below the seal in white capital
letters.

There is also a lighter blue diagonal stripe that goes from the bottom hoist
to the top fly.

There is also seems to be a white flag with the badge in the center, mostly
used by the academy that trains new officers:
