Description of the flag

Solyndra was a manufacturer of solar cells based in California. It has recently been the subject of a lot of unflattering publicity, having gone bankrupt after Chinese solar cells caused the bottom to drop out from the market. Embarrassingly, the company had a year ago been touted as an exemplar of green industry-led growth by the administration. Its flag appeared in a news report, and is as boring as possible.
