Sea Scape Beach and Golf Villas is "a family-friendly resort" located in Kitty Hawk, with villas and condos for rent within walking distance of both the beach and the resort's own 18-hole golf course. This resort is also located along Highway 12, and the resort flag flies in front of the main offices. The flag features the resort logo in dark blue centered on a white field. The logo itself has the words "Sea Scape" in a large, italicized script font above the much smaller words "Beach & Golf Villas." To the upper left of the name, immediately next to and above the first "S," are three stylized birds, likely intended to evoke seagulls, while to the lower right, immediately under the "e" in "Scape," is a golf ball perched on a tee.
