the company's seven locations, and features the company logo centered on a white
field. The logo consists of the word "Kempsville" in bold black letters, with a
red diamond in the background framing the "K" and "e." The words "Building
Materials" are in smaller red letters below "Kempsville," and the words "A
Division of the Carter Lumber Company" in much smaller black letters.
