The colors seem to be medium blue and medium gray, with the logo in darker shade of grey (though apparently not black). The lettering is not visible on the photo [seen in airport in Singapore] - this image shows it in the same shade as the logo out of conjecture.

"The Boeing Company is an American multinational corporation that designs, manufactures, and sells fixed-wing aircraft, rotorcraft, rockets and satellites. It also provides leasing and product support services. Boeing is among the largest global aircraft manufacturers, is the second-largest aerospace & defense contractor in the world based on 2012 revenue and is the largest exporter in the United States by dollar value. Boeing was incorporated in Seattle by William Boeing, on July 15, 1916, as "Pacific Aero Products Co.".

In 1934, the United States government accused William Boeing of monopolistic practices. The same year, the Air Mail Act forced airplane companies to separate flight operations from development and manufacturing. William Boeing divested himself of ownership as his holding company, United Aircraft and Transport Corporation, broke into three separate entities:
United Aircraft Corporation, holding the former eastern US manufacturing (now United Technologies Corporation)
Boeing Airplane Company, with western US manufacturing, which later became The Boeing Company
United Air Lines for flight operations"

Their corporate headquarters are located in Chicago. Boeing is organized into five primary divisions: Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA); Boeing Defense, Space & Security(BDS); Engineering, Operations & Technology; Boeing Capital; and Boeing Shared Services Group.

Over the years it has acquired several other important manufacturers such as McDonnell, Douglas, North American, Hughes, Rockwell, Rocketdyne, etc.

The flag is a horizontal flag, with three equally divided stripes with the one on top being blue, the one in the middle being white featuring the logo in black sropic.com/boeing-logo/boeing-logo-2/ and the one on the bottom grey.

United Launch Alliance (ULA), LLC is a joint venture between Boeing and Lockheed Martin established in 2006. It is a launch service provider. It is headquartered in Centennial, Colorado.

The old flag is a white horizontal background with the logo on the middle. The logo consists of the company's initials in blue capitals with the "A" letter being crossed by two equal golden streams, symbolizing the equal participation of its partners converging on a launching vehicle, with the registered trademark symbol , all of this above the earth's horizon symbolized by a blue curve and below the company's name in black capitals.

The Boeing Starliner (or CST-100) is a class of partially reusable spacecraft designed to accommodate seven passengers, or a mix of crew and cargo to the International Space Station (ISS) and other low-Earth-orbit destinations. It is manufactured by Boeing, with the Commercial Crew Program (CCP) ("reliable, and cost effective human transportation to and from the International Space Station from the United States through a partnership with American private industry", source:

lead customer. The spacecraft consists of a crew capsule that can be reused on up to ten missions and an expendable service module. For NASA service missions to the International Space Station, it will carry up to four NASA-sponsored crew members and time-critical scientific research. The Starliner has an innovative, weldless structure and is reusable up to 10 times with a six-month turnaround time. It also features wireless internet and tablet technology for crew interfaces.

Boeing Crew Flight Test (Boe-CFT) is the first crewed mission of the Boeing Starliner capsule. Launched on June 5, 2024 and has been extended indefinitely for the moment".

The CFT (Crew Flight Test) flag is a white horizontal background with the logo in the middle, the logo featuring the Atlas V N22 rocket with the Boeing Starliner on top and on the background on top, the ISS, and above that, the inscription "CREW / FLIGHT / TEST" on yellow capitals, with seven eight-pointed stars spread around in yellow, the rocket flying above the earth's horizon, featuring the Starliner logo in white capitals and below, the organization's names "BOEING" and "NASA" in white capitals. It also features below the Astronauts' last names in yellow capitals and in the middle NASA's CCP logo (an eight-pointed star that leads the way and three rays of light, crossed by a space objetc, all in yellow).

So for the moment, there seems to be not a Program flag, but rather a Mission-based (event) approach for flag displaying.
