In the emblem of the Chinese Taipei Volleyball Association it's a volleyball
player pictogram over "C.T.V.B.A.", both in blue.
http://www.ctvba.org.tw/modules/news/catalog.php I don't know whether they
use it on a flag, though. (Sorry, I just came across the logo.)

The flag of Chinese Taipei national volleyball teams replaces the Olympic
rings with a volleyball-playing figure and the abbreviation of the Chinese
Taipei Volleyball Association (C.T.V.B.A.)

Contrary to what I thought, Chinese Taipei (TPE) Volleyball Team does not
flies the Chinese Taipei Olympic flag but that of the Chinese Taipei Volleyball Asociation
flag at international volleyball events, even those organized by FIVB.
