On Russian
site [ed. warning: .doc file!] is new municipal flag and
coat of arms of Tomsk-city. Flag (2:3) is vertical white and green 1:2, in centre of a
flag is silver (not white!) horse skipping to the right. In coat of arms is
motto in Russian language: Work and knowledge (Znaniem i trudom).
Flag and arms are adopted by decision number 503 of Tomsk municipal Duma on
November, 18, 2003.
