Topchikhinskiy Rayon has 17 Village Councils: Beloyarovskiy, Volodarskiy, Ziminskiy, Kirovskiy,
Klyuchevskiy, Krasnoyarskiy, Makar'evskiy, Parfenovskiy, Pereyaslovskiy,
Pobedimskiy, Pokrovskiy, Sidorovskiy, Topchikhinskiy, Funtikovskiy, Khabazinskiy,
Chauzovskiy, and Chistyun'skiy village council. None of them have adopted
symbols, as far as I know.

Topchikhinskiy County got its flag. The County Council of Deputies adopted the coat of arms and flag on 23.12.2024.
A rectangular green cloth with a width-to-length ratio of 2:3, reproducing
the figures from the coat of arms, executed in blue, white, yellow, red, and
green.

In a green field, an azure figure formed by a narrow head and pillar connected,
bordered nebuly on the outside with silver and burdened with a silver sword with
a gold hilt, the blade of which is covered with a scarlet peony flower (Maryin
root) with a gold core, on a green stem, with roots entwined around the guard;
on the sides, everything is accompanied by two gold ears of grain.
