Shield Azure, a bend wavy Argent, charged with two barrulets wavy Vert, in sinister chief a rake Or, in dexter base a branch of flax Or blossomed Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "MINDELO".
