Shield Azure an almond twig Argent fruited Or and an olive twig Or fruited Argent with stems in saltire tied Gules, on chief cantons two candles Argent alight Or and Gules. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "FELGUEIRAS - TORRE DE MONCORVO". 
Meaning:
The arms allude to the local importance of olive and almond growing, and include unspecific tokens of local saintly devotion.

Felgueiras was one of the eight communes of Moncorvo (or Torre de Moncorvo) Municipality affected by the 2013 changes. It had 291 inhabitants in 2021 and
covered 22,95 km².

Meaning:
The charges on the coat of arms — crag, cork tree, and horseshoes — might have only their immediate meaning, and not metaphoric symbolism: The crag might symbolize the local Fraga do Arco (Arch Cliff).
