Shield Vert, a pillory Argent between two arrows Or in pale, on base wavy Argent a barrulet wavy Azure. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll (Bénard Guedes style) reading in black upper case serifed letters "FRECHAS".
Meaning:
These arms are partly canting as "frechas" is an archaic form of "flechas", meaning "arrows".
