Shield Argent, a rabbit Sable spotted and eyed Gules, between two picks Sable handled Gules per fess set in pale, on base wavy Azure two barrulets wavy Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "COELHOSO - BRAGANÚA".
Meaning:
The word "coelhoso" can be interepreted as a derivative of "coelho" plus the suffix "-oso", of variable meaning, yielding something like "bunnyful" or "rabbitground". The arms are clearly canting due to this meaning.
