Morokulien is a made up country at the peace monument at the
border between Sweden and Norway. The country was created by some Swedish and
Norwegian radio personalities in the mid-20th Century and the name of the
country is derived from words in Norwegian and Swedish meaning 'fun'. This is
obviously the flag of Morokulien, I haven't seen it before (but then, I haven't
been there either).
