Ukrainian vexillologist Sergiy Besh messaged me that the Male City Council in
the Maldives changed its city flag recently. According to
https://maldivesnewsnetwork.com/2021/11/27/male-city-council-unveils-new-logo-mayor-calls-for-housing-in-gulhifalhu/,
the logo and flag were updated on November 27, 2021. The flag, which is their
logo on white, can be seen at the first link and also at

It is of note that the old city flag was in use from 2019 to 2021, as per the
Facebook page of Publicity Bureau, the creative agency based in the Maldives,
who designed the previous logo for the MCC.
