The flag in the photo does not seem to have the same logo of the Ministry as
appears at the top of the page and in the image posted. It seems that the
version of the logo in the flag is as attached here.

You're right. I seem to have missed it. But if I can see well, they also use
the flag I sent, so they have two variants:
