Located in Chiba City Chiba Prefecture and established in 2008. The university flag has greenish blue background with a white symbol logo mark in the center. The symbol logo mark was designed by combining "U" and "G" of Uekusa Gakuen. It represents the tradition and development of the university, a "strong sense of dynamism" to pioneer the next generation, and "ambition to pursue ideals".
