Located in Ibaraki City Osaka Prefecture and established in 1966. The embroidered ceremonial flag has blue-gray background with a gold and silver emblem in gold fringe. The university flag has sky blue background with a white emblem in the center. The university emblem was adopted on June 1, 1966, modeled after the emblem of Otemon Gakuin Elementary School, with the kanji character "追" for "Otemon" superimposed on the character "大學".
