The town emblem was adopted on Jun 10th 1980 but there is no flag law.
The green flag has a white town emblem in the center.
The town emblem is a stylized kanji 小 O of Oguni.
The emblem depicts the trees mountain in the sun.
It represents the development of the town expanding to a sky.
