The flag of the town of Minamioguni is maroon with mark.

The town emblem was adopted on Apr 1st 1973 but there is no flag law. The maroon flag has a white town emblem in the center. The town emblem depicts a clear stream of River Shigase and Oguni cedar. It represents a peaceful and beautiful homeland.
