The Flag

The flag of the town of Kamikatsu is green with mark.

The town emblem was adopted on Dec 16th 1965 by Notice No 81 but there is no flag law. The green flag has a yellow town emblem in the center. The circle stands for a main product fruit, the three lines for Katsuura River, the chevron inside for a main industry timber, Mt. Takamaru and Mt. Takahoko.
