City flag

Fujisawa city in Kanagawa Prefecture adopted its emblem on 1 October 1950.
A stylized katakana Fuji フジ
No flag legislation but they have a flag: flag proportion: 2:3; colour of field: white; colour of emblem: dark blue; diameter of emblem: 3/5 flag height.

The flag of the City of Fujisawa is already reported, but I found blue flag too. It seems to me that the mark darker blue.
