The Flag

White coat of arms on dull purple field. Katakana character I (イ) and TA (タ) in a circle form encompassed with four Katakana character BA (バ). Coat of arms adopted 1 April 1952. Flag adopted Aug 1 1997.

For Itabashi ward I found darker purple flag (more like blue).

Itabashi ward confirmed that now they use bluish darker purple.
