I found that Mosfellsbær uses other colors with the municipal emblem.
Specifically: these are yellow, blue, pink and (unconfirmed) red. These flags,
apart from the red one, can be seen on:
https://mos.is/mannlif/um-mosfellsbae/frettir/dagskra-i-tuninu-heima-2022.
It appears that Mosfellsbær neighborhoods are related to certain colors.
You can see various decorations in the colors of the neighborhood in
