On November 14 I saw the flag of IRRI (International Rice Research
Institute), which "is an international research and training organization
established in 1960 by the Ford and Rockefeller foundations with support from
the Philippine government. It aims to reduce poverty and hunger, improve the
health of rice farmers and consumers, and ensure environmental sustainability of
rice farming. Its headquarters are in Los Baños, Laguna, in the Philippines.
IRRI is known for its work in developing rice varieties that contributed to the
Green Revolution in the 1960s which preempted the famine in Asia. It has offices
in 17 rice-growing countries worldwide".

It is a horizontal green flag
featuring the initials of the organization in white capital letters as seen
here (desktop flag on the right).
