Meaning:
On 1 January 1975 the municipalities of Leutenbach, Nellmersbach and Weiler zum Stein merged. The pattern of the arms of the new municipality ist he same like that of Heinrich of Lutenbach, a member oft he local gentry. It is known from a print of his seal from 1391. The colours were unknown. Thus one colour of each of the three former municipalities was chosen.
