Shield Gules; issuant from a base wavy Azure, filling half the shield, a castle Argent with three towers; base charged with a bar Or, charged with three roses Gules seeded Or. 
Meaning:
The arms display the old arms of Seeburg with an additional bar. The roses aretaken from the arms of former Bernshausen municipality. Castle and lake (German: "Burg und See") are canting elements.
The old arms were ed on 27 December 1950.
